For shuttle boat and ground transportation you have to make your reservation with 72 hours before.

Puerto Isla Mujeres is offering a full line of Massage and Therapeutic services to our guests. They can be provided either on your boat, at the resort, into the climatized spa atmosphere´s or under the fresh air of our palapa. A detailed brochure is available at the office with all the treatments available.

For those vessels that would like to have a professional cooking, our chef and his staff can cooking your "catch of day" any style (Breaded, Garlic sauce, tikin xic, grilled, etc) and served with steamed vegetables, baked potatoes or french fries or onion rings. Just ask to the waiter about the price.

Puerto Isla Mujeres has made special arrangements with several local suppliers to offer you the best carts at special rate. We can arrange for them to be dropped off / picked up at the marina. You don’t need to worry about finding a cart. Let us care of things!
Our supplier has an excellent reputation for its modern vehicles, serviced and reasonable prices. They will deliver the vehicle you request right to the marina and pick it up for you.

Flowers can be ordered in advance at the concierge office. A beautiful selection of fresh flowers is available with next day delivery.

Puerto Isla Mujeres also offers a provisioning service, we have in stock canned soft drinks, beer and ice.
Other items can be ordered and delivered to your vessel in a timely manner. We hace access to Costco, Sam´s club, City club and many local produce and supplies.

Our onsite canvas and sail loft can repair the sails that were damaged during your journey or give it an annual check over and repair areas of wear and tear.

We can also create new canvas dodgers, biminis, pillows and awnings right here on site.

Our housekeeping department can look after all your interior cleaning and laundry needs.

Simply put all your laundry, separated whites and colors in bags with the boat name on it and drop it off at 9 am at the marina office that is in front of “A Dock”. We will supply the soap, softener to wash and fold your laundry, and deliver it back on your boat the same day.

No display of laundry on the decks and lifelines is allowed at the dock.
